Secure Remote Monitoring
Remote monitoring tops the list of managed network services offerings by MSPs, and it has to be as secure as possible to retain its pride. Any security loophole in communication between probe and server could open up lot of trouble to both the MSP as well as the MSP's customers. Sandiy IOS Technology edition uses a secure HTTPS connection between the probes and the central server.
You need to install the MSP Edition central server at the network operations center (NOC), and install remote probes at each customer location. The remote probes collect status of devices in its location and communicates it to the central server.
