Most tickets cannot be closed within a single e-mail and response. Requestor feedback and suggestions from the respective teams often occur over multiple request-response cycles. Different members from the support teams may provide resolutions during the course of the request.
Consequently, various e-mail versions of the resolution steps carried out exist, making further responses unwieldy and cumbersome.
