OpManager's Integrated Ticketing module features a CRM kind of account management possibility, making customer indexing, account creation, modification and management about as difficult as clicking a mouse button!

With separate tabs to view and manage accounts, checking on particular accounts is as easy as it gets. Users can be created, and managed with the choice of browsing user roles, viewing support reps, and adding additional fields to support reps, contacts or accounts.
