The implementation phases are as follows:

Discovery. On-site pre-assessment is carried out to define customer's business requirements and preferences, to jointly work on specifications for decision-making and to propose, on the basis of this information, the most effective solution to satisfy customer needs;
Analysis. The comprehensive survey and business processes definition is carried out. These tasks result in the functional requirements specification which defines the solution design and implementation;
Design. The solution to be created is defined, with detailing of the explicit modification design and extending functionality. This phase results in developing documentation, both conceptual and explicit design;
Development and Testing. Modifications development and testing of the system using the approved test samples. This is usually done on a local project-to-project basis. This task results in the acceptance act on local projects;
Deployment. The system is rolled out in all enterprise departments. This phase results in project acceptance act after each local project is commissioned;
Initial Maintenance and Support. The system regular maintenance and support is carried out; after using the solution to its full capacity, the effective preparation for its further development is provided.
