Position Summary:
The Technical Service Engineer provides technical support primarily to Customers and secondarily to Installation and Field Verification teams. Works with minimal to no supervision. Performs all aspects of problem solving assignments. This person will utilize advanced debugging of various telecommunication protocols an IP Networks. Position may require supervising/mentoring 1 or more Technical Support Engineers on a project level. A24 X7 technical support organization requiring after hours, weekend and holiday work along with on-call responsibilities.

Requirement:
- Provide technical support on PC hardware, MS Windows, MS Office and other application software to internet user.
- Handle user request & problem escalation by IT Helpdesk tool, ensure IT deliverable in compliance with SLA.
- Responsible for administration of Windows AD,Server and network hardwares, manage the system change request.
- Responsible for maintaining IT documentations,conduct IT training to user.
- Involvement in IT project as needed.
- When needed assignment On-site work independently.
- Good knowledge in (Cisco, Juniper, H3C) network and hands-on experience on (Cisco, Juniper, H3C) switch / Router / Wireless AP setup and configuration.
- At least 2 years working experience of power, analog products; to be Familiar with IT support is welcome.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and a good team player;
- Good command of English.
- Experience with configuring network applications (radius, httpd,ftp, mail).
Formal Education and Training:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Job Description:
The job for network engineers to support the core sector to ensure the compliance with the Sandiy security guidelines of the administrated network systems. Including in-depth technical understanding of networks and operator security, fully understanding of latest CISCO or Huawei networks security solution technologies and applications. In general, there are 5 main area of responsibilities:
- Security-Create, implement, and maintain Security policies and procedures. Design, integrate and maintain security solutions. Improve any awareness of network security needs. Administration of all network security related systems (IDS, routers, firewalls, switches, security gateways, servers running monitoring systems, etc.)
- Operating- Ensuring the availability of the global VPN network and its security. Operation of central network services; monitor and troubleshoot the network; plan and execute network change activities; Assist in international network related projects. 24x7 network operation of a global corporate network.
- Support- Helpdesk team/day-to-day maintenance and helpdesk.
- Coordinate with Head Office, authorities, Telecom service provider and vendors to roll out various network projects.
- Paper work of proposal and project progress report
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience in multi-national corporation. Bank and Telcos' experience preferred.
- Cisco CCNP/CCIE and Microsoft MCSE Certificated. Excellent knowledge of data communication.
Special Requirements:
- Technical skill: Be familiar with IP routing protocol OSPF, BGP and IS-IS; Be familiar with MPLS, MPLS VPN, QoS, multicast and LAN switching; Experience developing for securiy, VoIP, IPTV and network management. Understanding of Optical, DDN, ATM and soft switching.
- Very good interpersonal and communications skills, including verbal and written, negotiations, presentations.
